Workplace Financial & Mental Wellbeing

Planned Future Welcomes CPD Accreditation

We are thrilled to announce that we have achieved CPD Accreditation in both our Foundations in Personal Financial Planning Webinar & Money Mindset Webinar.

As a UK leading provider of workplace financial and mental wellbeing, we take immense pride on delivering the best quality financial education to as many individuals as we can reach. This accreditation is a testament to our commitment to financial education. It highlights our dedication to providing some of the best professional development opportunities within the UK.

What is CPD Accreditation? (Continuing Professional Development)

CPD Accreditation is an independent third-party evaluation of training courses, events and other forms of professional learning development. This ensures a conformity to recognised continuing professional development industry standards. Gaining accreditation offers reassurance, authority and peace of mind to individuals undertaking learning for their professional development.

What are the benefits of CPD Accreditation?

  1. Professional Employee Development

Individuals gain new skills and knowledge which can be useful to climb the career ladder benefitting personal professional development. Our Foundations In Financial Planning event provides a basic level knowledge of useful financial concepts such as taxation, mortgages, renting and savings. Money Mindset teaches skills in money management by exploring the psychological motivations behind spending.

  1. Increased Employee Satisfaction

Employees who feel supported in their own personal growth by employers are more likely to be motivated and productive within the workplace. By attaining CPD Accreditation we can assure employers that they can trust us to provide top-tier financial education to their employees. Companies benefit indirectly from a more actively engaged workforce and decreased turnover. Recent studies indicate that a significant percentage of workers prioritise employer upskilling when considering a new job highlighting the importance of ongoing training opportunities*.

  1. Experienced and Knowledgeable Workforce

Professional development opportunities result in a more skilled and knowledgeable workforce. Those who engage with CPD accredited training will have access to the latest information and skills. This enhances their capabilities and contributes to the overall efficiency of your workforce.

Why CPD Accreditation Matters To Us & Our Clients

We are always working on developing our business to offer the highest quality, credible and reliable financial education leading us to pursue CPD Accreditation. This accreditation is globally recognised with over 25,000 providers and highlights our dedication to maintaining the highest financial education industry standards.

Not only does this achievement provide value to us but it also provides value to our clients and their employees. All participants of our Foundations & Money Mindset events receive certification. This equips them with transferable financial skills and knowledge that support their personal professional development.

Other organisations with CPD Accredited Products/Services

CPD also have more than 25 years’ experience advising organisations how to deliver top quality learning resources. Some examples of organisations that have also achieved accreditation include Royal Airforce, Goldman Sachs, The FA, UCL & Barnardo’s.

In conclusion, this CPD Accreditation represents our ongoing commitment to delivering unmatched financial education. We hope to continue this development and extend CPD accreditation to many of our other events in the future. Watch this space!
