MHFA Accredited Course

Attendees will learn how to support someone who may have a mental health disorder in seeking the appropriate help. We also offer a refresher course every 3 years.

SHIFT - A Line Managers Resource

A  4 Hr course for managers which will enable them to understand the benefits of supporting employees with Mental Health Issues in the workplace, whilst maintaining the boundaries required at management level.

Menopause Awareness

Our menopause awareness sessions are aimed at both Managers and Employees and explain what menopause is, why it happens and how self care can be implemented – both at home and in the workplace.
